  Excellent experience from the start. Tariq checked us in and accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling. I was chosen as a guest of the day which added a nice touch with extra perks. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Centrally located to everything we needed. Will stay again on our next visit.

  One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Sheraton has the most comfortable beds, but they have a whole lot more. The hotel employees are very polite and helpful. The events here are very well done. If you see a New Years event here then really consider going to it. The Ice Spa is amazing, so consider getting a massage soon.   Surprising! This place was not what I expected when driving up to it. The exterior reminded me of a typical corporate place, but was I wrong! The hotel is modern and warmly decorated making it feel very inviting once inside. The rooms were quite nice with modern amenities and comfortable beds. A restaurant, Jade, and lounge are on property. We had delicious fish and chips at the lounge! Tender and juicy! The bartender, Lucy, was very friendly and made for an enjoyable evening. Breakfast at Jade was a buffet. The biscuits with the biscuits and gravy were top notch and yummy! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anchorage, this is it.

  I was disappointed with this hotel upon arrival. Communication between the staff and the customer definitely needs improvement. After booking online, I called the front desk on two different occasions to confirm our reservation and inform them that I was bringing my dogs. I told the people at the front desk that while booking online there wasn’t an option to inform them about bringing animals. But the website said pet friendly. The lady at the front desk assured me that bringing my dogs was fine and there was no pet fee. Once I arrived to check in, they surprised me by saying the room I booked almost a week earlier was not longer available and there would also be a $100 pet fee. Which I would have gladly paid had they been straightforward with me in the first place. The room they gave us wasn’t terrible. But definitely overpriced for the size and accommodations. There are much better places to stay in Anchorage. Will not be going back to this hotel.

  Nice rooms with heavy blankets. The gym is on the 15th floor and adequate. Walking distance to downtown is nice if you've business there.
